Project management work may include any or all of:

1. Building contract advice and advice on planning matters
2. Preparation of detailed building specifications to your requirements and budget
3. Dealing with the tendering process
4. Frequent site visits to monitor progress
5. Frequent quality checks on workmanship and materials
6. Monthly progress reports supported by photographs
7. Technical advice on heating systems, renewable energy systems, intelligent home systems
8. Liaising with other property professionals, including specialist contractors
9. Detailed final inspection and snagging list, and making sure items on snagging list are completed satisfactorily
10. Making sure that the builder obtains the legal paperwork they are responsible for, including habitation licence and the 'ficha tecnica' (technical report required by law)
